"Our family have been making cider for over 30 years & its influence is found in everything we do - right down to the cider lees we use to ferment our beers. Because of this, we've always toed the line between cider & beer. We decided it was about time we make an official blend, known as a Graf, using locally grown, organic Golden Delicious apples and a barrel of our 5 month barrel aged organic saison. The apples were pressed & the juice added to a blending tank with the saison. With the fresh yeast & sugars from the juice, the blend was left to re ferment for an additional 4 months leaving us with a suitably dry, tart & refreshing saison/cider blend. Perfect for long, hot summer days."
